Because of the limited capacity within the Royal Convent Hotel, we must limit the number of participants.
Don't forget to submit your abstract.

Inscription fees include full accommodation in the Royal Convent Hotel of St Maximin*, bus transfer from Marseilles to St Maximin **, and Symposium facilities***. Early Registration (before 15 September 2008): Normal registration (from 16 September to 15 October 2008): Late registration (from 16 October to 15 November 2008):  800 euros  900 euros 1000 euros To pre-registrate, go to: Registration site and select "Sic-Resp" After having submitted your abstract AND pre-registered, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. * Full Accommodation (Twin rooms*) in the Royal Convent Hotel (St Maximin) includes: on December 1st, from 7.00 pm, aperitif & dinner (drinks included), bed & breakfast (twin rooms) on December 2nd, lunch (drinks included), 2 breaks a day, aperitif & dinner, bed & breakfast (twin rooms) on December 3rd, lunch (drinks included), 2 breaks a day, aperitif & dinner, bed & breakfast (twin rooms) on December 4th , lunch (drinks included), 2 breaks a day ** Bus transfer (Marseille-St Maximin) includes: December 1st, 5.30 pm: Departure from Marseilles (Faculty St Jérôme) to St Maximin (Royal Convent Hotel) December 4th, 5.00 pm: Departure from St Maximin (Royal Convent Hotel) to Marseilles (Faculty St Jérôme) *** Symposium Facilities include: Participation at Conferences in the Chapel, Poster exhibitions in the Cloister or the Library (depending on the weather) Participation to Round Tables and Workshop in the Library
